2. Account Registration

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

Withdrawals submitted after 8:00 PM BST will typically be processed on the next business day. Processing times for bank transfers may be longer depending on the receiving institution.
  • 3.4mg222 reserves the right to withhold a withdrawal and conduct additional security checks if we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases mg222 will notify the player and seek to resolve the matter within 10 business days.
  • 3.5All player funds held by mg222 are maintained separately from operational funds. In the event of any company insolvency, player fund balances will be treated as a priority liability. mg222 does not pay interest on player account balances.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mg222 platform. Breach of any of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where legally required.

  • 7.1Fraudulent activity of any kind, including but not limited to: using stolen or fraudulently obtained payment instruments; providing false identity documents; colluding with other players to fix game or match outcomes; exploiting software bugs or vulnerabilities for financial gain; or using bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the platform.
  • 7.2Money laundering or any attempt to use the mg222 platform to conceal the origins of funds obtained through illegal activity. mg222 is obligated to report suspicious transactions and may freeze account funds pending investigation without prior notice.
  • 7.3Abusive, threatening, or offensive conduct directed at mg222 staff, customer support agents, or other players through any communication channel including live chat, email, or social media. mg222 operates a zero-tolerance policy towards harassment and will permanently ban accounts engaging in such behaviour.
  • 7.4Any attempt to circumvent mg222's technical infrastructure, including but not limited to: attempting to reverse-engineer the platform; accessing restricted areas of the website; introducing viruses or malicious code; or using VPN or proxy services to misrepresent your geographic location in order to circumvent access restrictions.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

mg222 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time. The circumstances in which mg222 may take this action include but are not limited to the following.

  • 8.1Where mg222 has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, including but not limited to: suspected use of multiple accounts; suspected fraud or money laundering; suspected underage access; or suspected use of automated betting tools. mg222 will investigate promptly and, where a breach is confirmed, will take appropriate action including permanent closure and forfeiture of balances.
  • 8.2Where a player requests voluntary account closure. Any real-money balance remaining in a verified account at the time of closure will be refunded to the player via their registered payment method.

9. Limitation of Liability

mg222's total liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms or your use of the mg222 platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your mg222 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits mg222's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Changes to These Terms

mg222 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, mg222 will notify active players by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the mg222 platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
